manufacturer's products. It does not mean we hold an authorised distribution agreement
with all of them. For some lines we buy through authorised channel distributors; for others we
buy on the independent secondary market. Which applies to a given part affects price, warranty
and paperwork, so we state it on every quotation. All brand names and trademarks are the
property of their respective owners and are used here only to describe the products we supply.
What we look for before adding a line
- Our customers are already asking for it by part number, repeatedly.
- We can source it reliably enough to hold real depth rather than quote it speculatively.
- We can test it meaningfully at intake with the equipment we have.
- The warranty position is clear enough to write down.
Lines that fail the last two tests are the ones that generate returns and disputes, which is why we would rather decline them than add a logo to this page.
