Our team
Twenty-five people across Hong Kong and Shenzhen, organised so that the person answering your question is the person who can see the stock.
Twenty-five people in two offices. Small enough that a question about stock is answered by someone who walked past it this morning, and large enough that there is always somebody on the desk.
We keep the structure flat and the handovers few. If you deal with us regularly you will end up speaking to the same two or three people every time, which is deliberate.

Purchasing
Split between Hong Kong and the Shenzhen sourcing desk. They decide what we hold, at what depth, and where it comes from — which is the decision the whole business rests on.

Warehouse and inspection
Intake, inspection, testing, picking and packing at Kwai Chung. The same two colleagues handle intake every day, which is why the checklist is applied the same way every time.

Build bench
Assembly, firmware and burn-in for complete systems. They will also tell you when a configuration on your bill of materials will not work, before it is built.

Logistics and documentation
Freight booking, commercial invoices, packing lists and certificates of origin. They know which customs office wants which wording, which saves more time than anything else we do.
Two people
Accounts
Invoicing, credit review and collections. Approachable, and the correct first call if a payment or a document is wrong.
How the departments connect
Sales, purchasing, warehouse and accounts sit within about thirty metres of each other in Kwai Chung. The Shenzhen desk joins the same morning call. That proximity is the reason we can confirm a physical stock position in minutes rather than promising to check and calling back.
Working with us
Every account is assigned a named contact and a named backup. Both see your order history, your preferred incoterms and the documentation format your broker requires. Nobody has to re-explain their requirements on every order.
