This line sits in our enterprise ssd stock. The availability above reflects our normal holding rather than a live count, so confirm with the desk before you commit to a delivery date with your own customer.
- Quotations are issued within one working day with condition and lead time on every line.
- Stocked items are reserved against a signed purchase order for up to 14 days at no cost.
- Serial numbers are supplied with the proforma invoice for stocked lines.
- Volume pricing applies from ten units on most part numbers in this line.
This unit is supplied as new, sealed. Manufacturer warranty applies where the item carries one and it is transferable to you. Where it does not, our own limited warranty applies, stated on the invoice, and runs between 90 days and 12 months depending on the line.
Faults inside the warranty period are handled by returns authorisation. Contact the desk with the invoice number, we issue an RMA number and a return address, and we replace or credit once the unit is received and verified.
Every unit is serial logged at intake, read against the part number printed on the hardware, and functionally tested to the written procedure for its product line. The record is filed against your invoice number and available on request.
Stocked orders confirmed before 15:00 Hong Kong time leave the same working day. Transit is one to two days to mainland China, two to four days across Southeast Asia, and four to seven days to Europe and North America. See global logistics for lane detail.
